Return Policy

Quick Ship products are the ONLY items that are returnable.
Custom-made products are non-returnable.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Product(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Product(s) that has been damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
OTCO Inc. reserves the right to refuse return requests if these conditions have not been met.

All products are subject to a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from refund. Original shipping and handling paid on the order is not refunded.

Canceling an order once it has been placed, there will be a charge for material and labor used before the order was cancelled.
- Not hitting a ship date listed on customers PO does not justify cancellation of order! We provide approximate ship dates on Order Acknowledgements based on current backlog and production schedule.
