General Shipping
OTCO, INC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen parcels. We are not responsible for invalid ship to addresses provided on orders entered or change of address forwarded parcels. We work with carriers to ensure the best methods for delivery, however, events or conditions beyond our control cannot be anticipated.
- Shipping occurs Monday – Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- OTCO INC is not responsible for shipping damages. We strongly recommend adding insurance to packages. This must be stated on PO to do so at customer expense.
- Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported within 2 business days from when the order was received for OTCO INC to file a claim with the shipping company.
- Order verification/mistakes must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
- If damages appear upon arrival on product, refuse acceptance of the shipment and return to sender.
