• All merchandise has a one-year normal wear and tear policy. 
  • Normal wear and tear include faulty manufacturing, faulty stitching or fabric and defective lock.
• Any item that needs repair/replacement that falls under warranty will be returned to OTCO INC at customer expense. 
  • Contact us via email before shipping the product(s) back.
• Upon return of the product(s) an investigation to verify if the product falls under warranty will be conducted.
• OTCO INC will repair/replace the product if all the above criteria are met.
