LS-75 Loading Dock Seals - Weather-Tight Dock Door Sealing Solutions
The LS-75 Loading Dock Seals are engineered for superior loading dock door sealing, making them ideal for door openings ranging from 7’ to 9’6” wide and 7’ to 9’ high. Designed for durability and performance, these industrial dock seals create a weather-tight seal between your loading dock and trailer, helping maintain interior temperatures by sealing in heated or cooled air—reducing energy loss and improving efficiency.
Built for demanding environments, LS-75 dock seals feature two vertical side pads and one horizontal head pad, all constructed with durable treated wood backers for long-lasting support. For dock doors taller than 8’, a head curtain is recommended to ensure a complete seal down to 8’ high, maximizing protection against outside elements.
Standard wear pleats are available in 4” and 8” sizes, extending the life of your dock shelter system by reinforcing high-contact areas. The base material is available in heavy-duty 22 oz. to 40 oz. vinyl, with Black and Royal Blue in stock. Additional industrial fabric options such as Hypalon and Neoprene are also available for enhanced performance in extreme conditions. Contact us for custom colors, pricing, and availability.
Each LS-75 seal includes mounting brackets for easy installation to your facility. (Anchors for mounting to the building are not included.)
