LS-95 Loading Dock Seal - High-Performance Dock Door Sealing for Large Openings
The LS-95 Loading Dock Seal is a premium industrial dock seal solution designed for larger door openings ranging from 7’ to 10’ wide and 9’6” to 12’ high. Ideal for warehouses, distribution centers, and commercial facilities, this loading dock door seal provides a reliable weather-tight seal between the dock and trailer—helping retain heated or cooled air, improve energy efficiency, and protect against outside elements.
The LS-95 dock seal features two vertical side pads—typically wedge-shaped for optimal trailer contact—paired with a durable head curtain. This design allows the unit to effectively seal dock doors up to 10’ wide and virtually any height, making it a versatile and efficient dock sealing system for high-clearance applications.
All LS-95 dock seals come standard with treated wood backers for structural strength, along with a heavy-duty 40 oz. vinyl head curtain equipped with fire-retardant corner wear pleats for enhanced durability and safety. Additional wear pleats, available in 4” and 8” sizes, help extend the lifespan of the seal in high-traffic loading environments.
Constructed from rugged 22 oz. to 40 oz. vinyl, these commercial dock seals are available in Black and Royal Blue (in stock), with additional custom color options available upon request. For more demanding environments, upgraded industrial fabric materials such as Hypalon and Neoprene are also offered.
Mounting brackets are included for straightforward installation to your facility (anchors for mounting to the building are not included).
